ONLINE ORDERING

FREE SHIPPING for orders over $249.00. Items that cannot be shipped by UPS or FedEx package delivery may be subject to freight charges. Elements Lighting will charge your credit card in full via our secure server within 24 hours of the time of your purchase. Elements Lighting reserves the right to cancel any orders containing any error, inaccuracy or omission; if your credit card has been charged for a purchase and your order is canceled, Elements Lighting will directly issue credit to your credit card. WARRANTIES

All products sold by Elements Lighting are covered by the manufacturers warranty. If you have purchased a product from us and find it to be defective, please contact Customer Support at 516-747-4748 for assistance in processing your claim. We will in no uncertain terms or conditions be liable for installation fees of any kind.

ONLINE PRODUCT IMAGES

Elements Lighting displays images of products in “.jpg” and “.gif” format on or website; we employ the best imaging software in an effort to display products in the most accurate showing possible. We cannot guarantee that the depiction you see on your own computer monitor, matches the true color of the item; the display in part depends on the type and settings of your computer monitor.

SHIPPING LEAD TIMES

Elements Lighting strives to provide its customers with the most accurate information on product availability. If your purchase or project is time sensitive, it is strongly suggested that you contact us at 516-747-4748.

DELIVERY

Many items can be shipped from our warehouse within five days. Non-custom merchandise shipped from our manufacturers can take up to ten business days. Custom orders can take up to eight weeks. Please call us at 516-747-4748 for a more accurate estimate of delivery time.

RETURN POLICY

Orders cannot be cancelled if they have already shipped from the factory or Elements Lighting.

DAMAGES/DEFECTS AND ERRORS

Kindly report any damages, defects or errors to received shipments, promptly, by calling 516-747-4748 or by email at howieb@elementsathome.com. You must call Elements Lighting and provide us with your name, invoice number and description of defect. Elements Lighting will issue a Return Goods Authorization number; we will then handle the pickup of product at no cost to the consumer and ship a replacement out. If, for any reason, the customer decides they do not want the item replaced, then a 25% restock fee will be deducted from the final refund.

RETURNS

All returns must first be approved by an Elements Lighting representative. All non-approved returns are subject to refusal. Returns will not be accepted after 15 days of receipt of order.

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS

A 25% restocking fee will be charged for the return of goods that are non-defective. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all packing materials and must be in sellable condition. Items that have been installed are not returnable. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Credit (minus the aforementioned deductions) will be issued upon full inspection of returned items by an Elements Lighting representative. HOLD ONTO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING.

We will only accept a return if a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) has been issued and the product is returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. Products may be returned within 7 days of receiving them. The products must be brand new (never used or installed) and in perfect condition with all of the manufacturer’s packaging intact. In order to keep our prices at their lowest, we charge a 25% restocking fee. Your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded, if applicable. Orders returned after 8 days or without an RGA # will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS AND ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Unfortunately, under certain circumstances, there are some items that can be purchased that are not eligible for product return. These exceptions and items are as follows:

  • Items sold as Closeout Products.
  • Custom Products.
  • Made-to-Order Products (Any item that has been assembled, installed, modified or used in any way).
  • Items without prior Return Authorization.
  • Items received more than 15 days ago.
  • Any item without all original packaging.
  • Light bulbs, parts, glass, etc.
  • DO NOT return merchandise without prior authorization. Items that are returned without prior authorization are subject to an automatic 50% restocking fee or complete forfeiture of your refund.
